PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Bookbinder Specialties, a PA Preferred Company, will introduce two new all natural and gluten-free clam chowders at the 5th Annual PA Preferred Giant Buyer/Vendor Show at the Harrisburg Farm Show Complex & Exposition Center on June 10, 2010.
The two soups, a New England Clam Chowder and a Southwestern Clam and Corn Chowder, will be available in a 10.5 oz, semi-condensed can. A 51 oz package for foodservice applications will also be offered.

We believe these two regional chowders are an excellent step forward and expect to showcase additional new products at the upcoming Fancy Food Show in New York in late June.”
