The course is designed for compliance professionals who must be trained annually under the RCRA hazardous waste regulations. The workshop provides hands-on application of the Federal Hazardous Waste Regulations (40 CFR 206-279). Students learn how to identify regulated waste, properly handle and store waste on site, prepare waste for off-site shipping, protect their site in the event of an emergency, keep records, and prepare their site for new regulatory changes.
