About the T4 Program:
This program consists of a multiple award contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, worldwide solution to support both VA and non-VA customers with a ceiling value of $12 billion. The T4 contract is similar to, but not a direct follow-on to Global Information Technology Support Services (GITSS), which was approximately $3 billion. The engagement, procured out of the VA’s TAC, offers an opportunity for multiple prime and subcontractors to provide a broad range of services and products to transform the VA’s IT programs. “T4 is a major tool in the transformation of VA into a 21st Century organization,” said Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric K.
