EPIC adds Joe Costamagna as a Principal in Petaluma

PETALUMA, Calif., Aug. 15, 2012 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — EPIC (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, announced today the addition of Joe Costamagna as a principal in their Petaluma office. Costamagna brings 10 years of experience in insurance and risk management, working with a wide range of businesses and specializing in the construction industry.

Costamagna will be based in EPIC’s Petaluma office and will work closely with North Bay Property & Casualty Practice Principals Bill Merget and Mike Ryan. His responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts and managing the insurance and risk management programs of current clients.

Prior to joining EPIC, Costamagna spent more than three years as an account executive with Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., handling risk management strategies, client relations, loss control analysis, and claims management for clients in construction and related industries. Before joining Woodruff-Sawyer, Costamagna was a vice president and commercial lines producer for Willis HRH for six years.

A North Bay native, he lives in Santa Rosa with Lisa his wife and their three children.
