Both are open to the public and are located at: 15561 Del Amo Ave. in Tustin.

All Green Electronics Recycling is California’s largest electronics waste collector and it is excited to unveil its new headquarters to the general public and to celebrate with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony and more.

“We are particularly excited about the promising new job opportunities available for California residents,” says Arman Sadeghi, CEO, All Green Electronics Recycling.

All Green is growing at jaw-dropping rates. While many companies continue to cut back and lay off valuable employees, All Green has hired a new person every 4.1 days since its incorporation and is predicted to hire another 100 employees in the next six months.

In addition to new jobs, many local non-profits and schools will also benefit. All Green is creating community partnerships and setting up collection events while donating a percentage of the proceeds from the recycled electronics.

Rather than allowing old televisions or computers to end up at the dump, All Green provides the public with a way of recycling their old working or non-working electronics safely and responsibly – for free. In fact, those with at least 10 computers, monitors and televisions can go to: http://www.allgreenrecycling.com to schedule a free pick up in many areas.

About All Green Electronics Recycling:
Founded two years ago, All Green Electronics Recycling is a full-service electronics recycler and collector. It offers pick-up services as well as hundreds of convenient drop-off locations, nationwide. Currently, it collects more than two million pounds of electronics per month.

Unlike many of its competitors, the company sorts and separates all e-waste within their warehouse and does not ship anything overseas for processing. It also ensures that any electronics placed in its care will never find its way into a landfill.

All Green already has a recycling facility in Sacramento and is set to expand its New York operations within 60 days.

In an industry that generates an estimated 2.8 million bottles annually that's a lot of bottles that may ultimately end up in landfills. (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Frigid Fluid Co., a leading manufacturer of mortuary products, announced this week that it is launching a customer recycling program. In an industry that generates an estimated 2.8 million bottles annually that’s a lot of bottles that may ultimately end up in landfills.

Frigid Fluid Co. uses plastic bottles made of totally-recyclable resin. The company recognizes the obligation to recycle as many of the bottles used for their products as possible. All customers who enroll in the program will receive a free recycling bin for direct collection according to their local waste management policies.

Many products are packaged in pint-sized plastic bottles and boxed 24 bottles per case, so recycling these bottles will save on a great deal of excess waste.

“We are the first in the industry to offer such a program,” says Steve Yeazel, operations manager of Frigid Fluid Co. “And, we are very excited to provide this green option to our customers.”

In the past few years, the green movement has certainly touched the death care industry and there is an ever-increasing public sentiment that greener methods should be available and introduced. And, that’s exactly what Frigid Fluid Co. is doing through this recycleable bottle program launch.

“Plastics manufacturers that I talk to are continually seeking additional recycled feedstock to use to make new products,” says Tim Pratt, recycling coordinator for the City of Roseville, Minn. “By collecting these bottles for recycling, we will take what used to be considered waste and turn them into a valuable commodity.”

SEATTLE, Wash., March 2 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — To many, the idea of composting sounds like a positive environmental behavior, but according to Dr. Lawrence Green, M.D., Ph.D. and founder of Bokashicycle, it may be doing more harm than good. Bokashicycle is the totally natural way to reduce, reuse and recycle organic waste. It heals the planet by reducing greenhouse gases.

What about compost? Compost is a mixture of decaying organic matter used to improve soil structure and provide nutrients.

The decomposition takes place because naturally-occurring microbes work to consume the mass through oxidization and rendering. During the process, the matter heats up, and as a result, carbon dioxide gas and water vapor are produced and driven into the atmosphere. The process is difficult to control and can take up to six months.

“We’ve been led to believe that an important part of recycling and keeping the planet ‘green’ is through making and using compost,” Green says. “We are told that we’ve got to get the solid waste out of the landfill and that composting is good.”

Green disagrees. He explains that composting is not nature’s way, but man’s way, of rotting material and that it’s actually polluting the planet by releasing toxic substances into the atmosphere.

So, what’s the alternative? Bokashi is a new and revolutionary way of fermenting organic waste. The method was developed in Japan and, when done properly, breaks down scrap material with many microorganisms working in sync.

The Bokashi culture mix is comprised of wheat bran, molasses and microorganism and when added to organic waste, the microbes immediately begin to grow, causing the material to ferment.

Some major advantages to using Bokashi when compared to composting include: saving money by reducing trash collection fees; saving time (process takes as little as two weeks); and no vermin or unpleasant odors.

“The Bokashicycle is an elegant solution to a serious problem,” Green says. “It combines common sense and good science. It’s about a natural cycle as opposed to a recycle.”

Bokashicycle is designed for residential and commercial use; it’s for people who want to be leaders in the recycling industry.

Currently, Bokashi is used widely in Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan.
