Mathys alleged that Dr. William Koontz failed to properly treat Donelson’s high-risk pregnancy by improperly placing a cerclage, which is a purse string type device to keep the cervix closed and prevent a premature birth. The United States Department of Agriculture predicts 52,000 Ag-related job openings for college graduates(*Note 1) will be needed in 2010 – even as the country finds its national unemployment rate hovering around 10 percent.
